      Teppitak Seafood Company Limited Was established in 1983, in Pattani Province, South of Thailand with an initial registered capital of Baht 5 million to produce and export from the very beginning mainly of frozen cephalopod products i.e. cuttlefish, soft cuttlefish , squid and octopus to world markets. Since then , the company continually thrived steady growth towards the achievement of highest possible product quality that meets global needs and international standards which an increase of registered capital was inevitable to be Baht 70 million in 1997. Today, the company is firmly established as a recognised name for its specialization of top quality products of a wide range of frozen seafood and a variety of ready - to - eat and value added seafood products in major markets worldwide , such as Japan , Europe, USA and other Asian countries.


     PROCESSING With over 1000 workers and a total plant area of 35,000 square meters. The plant is divided into a number of sections in conforming to the rigorous food industry standards of manufacture and hygienic working condition at every stage of production in order to yield the top quality product.
     PEELING SECTION Fresh raw materials are received in whole round form and after peeling into semi - processed product, it is carefully inspected before passing to the next section for further processing


     CLEANING AND TRIMMING SECTION Here the semi - processed products are trimmed and thoroughly cleaned to form up the ready - to -process products for the next step of final product processing.
     CLEAN ROOM SECTION Besides common processing area , the plant also has the special area as clean room for processing of various ready - to eat products under the most strict hygienic conditions.
     FREEZING SECTION Most suitable refrigeration system for fast - freezing includes contact plate freezer , spiral freezer , blast freezer and tunnel freezer are used in the production process to ensure the most efficiency and high quality of finished product before storing in well - temperature controlled cold room prior to export.


     QUALITY CONTROL SECTION As product quality comes first as our principle, every stage of production process is then conducted with stringent quality control under the regulation of HACCP and GMP to ensure that all the food processed are safe for consumption Our fully equipped QC labolatory not only carries out regular microbiological tests on all products but quality of ice, water and ingredients are routinely checked as well.
     RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SECTION Our R&D section continually strives to improve the quality of existing products, procedures and flavors as well as product innovation to ensure highest product quality that meets customer needs and international standards.
